Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and taya01 (operated via taya01.bio). The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, Philippine mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. taya01 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya01 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified taya01 of a security breach. taya01 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts.
taya01 operates under anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) obligations consistent with Philippine PAGCOR compliance requirements. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules prevail for that specific game. Bets placed and accepted are final; taya01 will not reverse a wager after it has been accepted by the gaming system, except where a demonstrable technical error has occurred.
In the event of a technical error, software fault, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, taya01 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers placed during that round. taya01's determination of game outcomes derived from its gaming systems is final in all ordinary circumstances.

taya01's total aggregate liability to any user for any cause of action shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
